Vincent Conte Sr.
CEO
Vince Sr. has been in the lighting industry since age 17. He started Jovin in 1978, with 4 employees and an order for 300 chandelier lampshades. The rest is lampshade history! His experience and expertise continue to be an invaluable resource for us at Jovin. As he often says, “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!”
Vincent Conte Jr.

Vince Jr. began his lampshade manufacturing career at Jovin at the age of 17, though he started much earlier than that, working there summers from the age of 12. Today, Vince handles many duties, including assisting new and existing customers with new product and production orders. Vince also plays a big part in product design and development.
Mark Conte

Mark has been with Jovin full time since 1994. Prior to this, he worked part time while attending college. Both Mark and Vince Jr. take part in sourcing the fabrics and trimming used in the creation of Jovin’s lampshades and lighting products. Mark works new customers, as well as playing jack of all trades, from design, to prototype assembly, purchasing, sourcing, machinery repair and maintenance.
Ron DiClementi
Vice President
Ron began at Jovin working summers at the age of 15. Working part time at Jovin while attending college, Ron decided to make Jovin his permanent home after graduating in 1990. During this time, Ron has handled many responsibilities, and performed just about every part of lampshade manufacture. Today, Ron oversees production and shipping.

While Kelly has countless responsibilities running a business of her own, she is always available to lend a hand at Jovin. She’s highly knowledgeable on lampshades and lighting, and can assist with any questions you might have.
Melissa Nardone
